An abandoned girl called Aethelinda makes a pact with a dragon in order to survive. In return for borrowing a dragon's eyes, ears and power, Aethelinda must destroy nine towers that hold up heaven, freeing the dragons from the forbidden realm. Doing so will reek havoc on the rest of the population, but failure to obey the will of a dragon will force Aethelinda to join the forbidden realm herself.
The Girl and the Dragon gives you the opportunity to follow Aethelinda's storyline or any other main character's path, from which there are a choice of five. You have complete control over your party and the direction you wish to take. As a player your actions will decide the characters' fate and the fate of the cities and towns you explore in a diverse multi-cultural world.
This is an ambitious project with hundreds of storylines to be uncovered, should the player wish to. The beauty of the The Girl and the Dragon is that it is flexible so that the battle-hungry and the story-seeker can both be satisfied. In this regard, The Girl and the Dragon encourages replay.
The game is set to be finished in late 2016. A playable demo will be released shortly.
